Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how we deliver your lighting products safely and on time.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €35. Orders below €35 will have a standard shipping fee applied at checkout. We ship to most countries worldwide.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard delivery typically takes 7–20 business days from the date of dispatch. International orders may take longer due to customs clearance outside our control.
Once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number within 2–5 business days. Use this on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real time.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. VeluxaStudio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
If you miss your delivery the courier will leave instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Act promptly as uncollected parcels may be returned.
If you order multiple items they may ship from different suppliers and arrive separately. This is normal — your full order will be delivered with individual tracking numbers.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
If your package arrives damaged take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@veluxastudio.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
