FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Are your lights safe for children?
Our night lights are made from BPA-free, non-toxic silicone that is completely safe for children to touch, squeeze, and sleep with. All products meet EU/UK safety standards and are tested for child safety.
How do I charge the night light?
Each light comes with a USB charging cable included in the box. Simply plug it into any USB port — a phone charger, laptop, or power bank all work perfectly. A full charge takes approximately 1–2 hours.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
On a full charge, our night lights provide up to 8–10 hours of continuous light — more than enough to last through the night. Battery life may vary slightly depending on brightness and colour settings.
Can I change the colour and brightness?
Yes! Our lights feature multiple colour-changing modes and adjustable brightness levels. Simply tap or press the button to cycle through the available colours and brightness settings until you find the one your child loves most.
Is there a timer or auto shut-off feature?
Yes, our lights include a built-in 20 minute auto-timer function. You can set it to turn off automatically after a set period, so you never have to worry about getting up to switch it off after your child falls asleep.
Are these suitable as a gift?
Absolutely — they make a wonderful gift! Our products come beautifully packaged and are loved by children of all ages, making them perfect for birthdays, Christmas, or any other events!
Is the light bright enough to use as a reading light, or is it just a nightlight?
Our lights are designed primarily as comforting night lights — they emit a soft, gentle glow that's perfect for bedtime and soothing sleep, rather than a strong task light. They're ideal for creating a calm atmosphere in a child's bedroom at night.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all Bundle orders. Standard delivery charges apply to non Bundle orders — the exact cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
What warranty do your lighting fixtures come with?
All our premium lighting fixtures come with a comprehensive 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship. Most LED components are rated for 25,000+ hours of operation. We also offer extended warranty options for an additional fee. Please refer to your product documentation or contact our customer service team for specific warranty details on your purchase.
